Terms and Conditions

Prices and Payment

All prices are quoted in EURO OR £ sterling.

Payment terms are cash, PayPal, credit/debit cards Postal order and cheque (subject to guarantee or clearance)

Trademarks, Logos and Pictures

Fresh Supply UK Trademarks, Logos or pictures may may not be used without written permission from Fresh Supply UK

During Viewings and appointments Pictures of our products may be taken for personal use, but may not be used or published on any other websites or publications, without written permission from Fresh Supply UK.

Delivery

Delivery of items normally takes between 3 - 5 days, UK Postage includes England, Scotland & Wales. Certain Regions may require an additional postage charge, Please contact us for details.  Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland Delivery includes all regions.

Returns

Items can be returned up to 14 days after the purchase date and time.  Any Items purchased over 14 days will not be returned.  Items returned must be photographed either in their unopened package or in an open package state, this must be emailed to us before returning the item.  All return postage must be paid for by the buyer.  When the item is returned we will check that it is of satisfactory condition for us to re-sale or return to the manufacturer.

Damaged Goods

All orders received  must be checked, and inspected in the presence of the carrier/courier. Please make sure the order is correct and no damage has occurred while in transit. If the package appears to be damaged in anyway, insist on writing a note on the carriers delivery consignment docket or screen. All/Any damaged goods must be reported to Fresh Supply within 48hrs of receiving  the order. Our carriers demand that all damaged goods must reported to them within 48hrs of delivery. It is solely the customers responsibility to inspect all goods at the time of delivery and report any damage to the courier and the courier company.  

 

As we are obliged to deal with all reported transit damage, we ask our customers to deal promptly with any issues on receipt of goods. Should you notice any damage to the received goods, it is very important and advised to contact the courier company and Fresh Supply immediately. Remember to photograph the damaged goods preferably with or within the original packaging and email the images and relevant information to info@freshsupplyuk.com. All damaged goods must be returned with the original packaging/labels. All returning goods deemed damaged will be inspected and accessed by Fresh Supply. Once it's been established and satisfactorily deemed that the product(s) are damaged and based on a customer report(s), which will also include photographic and written evidence. On agreement between the customer and the company, a like for like or similar priced product replacement will be issued at the earliest convenience. Alternatively a credit note or a full refund for the original purchase price will be issued within 7 working days from the date the returning goods are received. A reverse pick-up fee and new dispatch fee may charged on all orders not reported within a 48 hour period of receiving the delivery. The customer may liable for a 15% handling, and re-stocking charge on all returned goods after the 48 hour period has ended.

Warranty

We guarantee that the goods that we supply will be to the correct specification as advertised, however we are unable to guarantee precise compatibility or suitability. It is the responsibility of the customer to check this prior to ordering. We try to insure that all information provided is as accurate as possible.

Information on our site is on an “as is” basis and we Fresh Supply make no representation and give no warranty of any kind.  Although we make every effort to ensure that it is accurate, complete and up to date we do not warrant that this information or content is accurate, complete or current.

 

We warrantee and represent that the goods are as described in the Products listing. We specifically disclaim any implied warranties of title, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Customers should satisfy themselves that any item choice made is suitable for their intended purpose or use before purchasing the item. 

Outdoor Warranty

Please note that Greenhouse, Polytunnel, Marquee, Chicken House, or any other type of outdoor product listed on our site, are not warranted for damage due to wind or weather. We suggest that the Items are anchored to the ground, using a foundation or weights and also that a trench is dug to submerge the item into the ground to provide additional stability.  The Build and construction guidelines we have documented and provided with items must be adhered to and followed.

 

Polycarbonate Greenhouses are not warranted for damage due to wind or weather.  We suggest the item is anchored to the ground using the manufacturers recommended Aluminium base which is an optional accessory.

 

We are not responsible for adverse weather conditions to include ( Wind, Rain, Hail, Snow, or any type of flooding) that may have an adverse effect on your Item.  These include any type of damage to the item including rust, rips or wear and tear caused by the weather elements outlined above.

SAFETY ADVICE

It is your responsibility to secure the Polytunnel, Greenhouse, Marquees, Chicken Houses etc adequately and prevent it from injuring materials and people.

Our Polytunnels, Greenhouses, Marquees, Chicken houses etc are only intended as a seasonal form of coverage and not as a permanent structure.

During windy weather, we advise you to secure your Polytunnel, Greenhouse, Marquees, Chicken Houses etc and in the case of strong wind, take it down completely and store it in a shed or garage until the weather improves.

During windy or stormy weather we advise that you take the necessary action to remove the Polytunnel cover from the Polytunnel frame and store it inside until the storm is over.

 

Overall, we advise you to place your Polytunnel, Greenhouse, Marquees, Chicken Houses etc  in the shade of a building, trees or other shaded area that will protect the Polytunnel, Greenhouse, Marquees, Chicken Houses etc from consistent strong and direct wind.

When it rains, water may pile up on top of your Polytunnel, Greenhouse, Marquees, Chicken Houses etc  causing it to collapse. It is your responsibility to keep the roof of the Polytunnel, Greenhouse, Marquees, Chicken Houses etc  free of gathering water. Be sure that the cover is fully extended - please remove standing water that builds up during rainfall.

When it snows, snow may pile up on the top of your Polytunnel, Greenhouse, Marquees, Chicken Houses etc . Wet and heavy snow may items  to collapse. It is your responsibility to remove snow from the roof of your Polytunnel, Greenhouse, Marquees, Chicken Houses etc and save the structure from damage.

Please be sure that your Polytunnel, Greenhouse, Marquees, Chicken Houses etc are completely dry before you take it down and pack it up. This will minimise the risk of mould and mildew.

Do not pack or unpack your Polytunnel, Greenhouse, Marquees, Chicken Houses etc at temperatures below zero. Doing so may damage the cover.

Do not use open fire, welding equipment or other sources of ignition, inside or close to the Polytunnel, Greenhouse, Marquees, Chicken Houses etc.

Please note that the Fresh Supply warranty applies only to the normal use of the product happening in accordance with the written instructions in your manual. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear. It does not cover damage, defect, wear and tear caused by misuse, poor maintenance, abuse, unauthorized modification or exposure to bad weather conditions either. (See above.)

We recommend you to check whether your Polytunnel, Greenhouse, Marquees, Chicken Houses etc is covered by your home contents insurance. If not they should be placed on your home contents insurance.

DISCLAIMER

Fresh Supply, or any other associated party, cannot be held responsible or liable for any kind of loss or damage that may result to the customer, or any other third party, through the use of any of Fresh Supply UK products or website.

The policy excludes the repair of products, which are faulty as a result of a manufacturer’s defect; however the product must remain within the warranty period.

Fresh Supply UK does not intend to exclude or limit any type of liability that is protected by the Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977.

Modification of Terms and Conditions

Fresh Supply UK reserve the right to modify our Terms and Conditions. The modifications will be effective on the date that we post the modified Terms and Conditions on our Fresh Supply websites. The conditions are intended to be applied retrospectively. Fresh Supply reserves the right not to provide notice.
